RENT Musical: About 9 Works Theatrical

"9 Works Theatrical is Manila’s newest Theatre Company. They aim to uplift Theatre Arts in the country; To create awareness and to foster appreciation for Theatre as an art form that entertains, educates and mirrors life.

They are dedicated to delivering only the best plays and musicals -- either originally written or from both Broadway and the West End.

9 Works Theatrical's initial production Songs for a New World had a very successful staging on May 2009 at the RCBC Theatre in Makati City.

This coming February 2010, the company will be bringing to the Filipino audience the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning Broadway Musical RENT. The musical will feature a handful of the country's most talented theatre actors who have played in several musicals staged here and abroad, and will be directed by Robbie Guevarra."
